About the service
Mediaory is a media and web monitoring service. It indexes publicly available sources and lets you search, track and report on mentions of the keywords you choose.
Your account
Give us accurate information, keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us if you think your account was accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your organization.
Sources and content
Mediaory is a search and indexing service for publicly available sources. For each result we show a headline, a short excerpt and a link to the original page. We do not republish articles — to read the full text you go to the publisher's own site.
All rights in the content we link to belong to its publishers and authors. Excerpts, reports and exports are provided for your organization's own monitoring and reporting; any further use is subject to the publisher's terms and applicable law.
Third-party content is provided as is. We are not responsible for its accuracy, completeness, timeliness or copyright status, and it may change or be removed at its source at any time. Sentiment labels, summaries and other AI-generated analysis are automated and can be wrong — check the original before you rely on it.
Publishers can ask us to stop indexing their site at any time using the takedown request form. We act on these requests promptly.
Acceptable use
Do not use Mediaory unlawfully, to harass anyone, or to disrupt the service. Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its data except as we agree in writing. Respect rate limits and the limits of your plan.
Plans and fees
Where a paid plan is offered, its price, billing period and invoice details are shown before you buy. Invoices are issued to the company details you enter in your organization's billing profile.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Mediaory available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or retire features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially affect you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Mediaory is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on monitoring results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
